We offer international shipping to all destinations. Via this website Réalisation Par Europe, orders can be shipped to addresses within Europe. For shipping to all other countries please complete your purchase at our international website REALISATIONPAR.COM or UK.REALISATIONPAR.COM for shipping to the United Kingdom.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping to most European locations is charged at a flat rate of €12.
Standard Shipping to the Netherlands is charged at a flat rate of €10.
Standard Shipping to Norway, Romania, Greece, Cyprus & Estonia is charged at a flat rate of €20.
Free standard shipping on orders over €300.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Netherlands and Luxembourg: 1-2 Business Days
- Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Hungary, Norway and Spain: 2-4 Business Days
- Latvia and Lithuania: 3-4 Business Days
- Austria and Belgium: 2-4 Business Days
- Monaco and Czech Republic: 2-4 Business Days
- Sweden or Switzerland: 2-5 Business Days
- Iceland: 3-4 Business Days
- Ireland: 4-5 Business Days
- Greece: 5-8 Business Days
- Other European locations: range 2-8 Business Days. Refer to shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout.
- For shipping to Malta, please shop on our international website.
- If you shipping address is considered a remote location, shipping times may be longer than quoted for major cities.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday.
- Shipping times may change during peak and promotional periods. Please refer to shipping times quoted at the checkout for the mist up to date shipping timeframes to your destination.
- Please note, delivery times may be effected due to Covid-19 handling issues.
How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
European orders placed online prior to 11:30am (CET), will be dispatched the same day. Please allow up to 1 working day from when placing your order for the warehouse to pick and pack your items for shipping. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be packed and shipped the business following day.
During busy promotional periods, please allow extra time for your order to be picked and packed, and then shipped. During promotions, orders may take longer to leave our warehouse.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow up to 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
Please note: Your order status will be marked as 'Order Received' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is only changed to 'Shipped' after the package is already in transit, when tracking details are uploaded to our system.

Which couriers do you use?
All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse out of the Netherlands. We use UPS, DPD and FedEx courier services for deliveries to major cities.
Countries within the European Union: UPS, DPD or FedEx
Locations outside of the European Union + Greece: UPS or FedEx
Please refer to the checkout, shipping section to see the selected courier to your location. You can track parcels via the UPS, DPD or FedEx websites.

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties?
Our warehouse ships orders directly from the Netherlands. Orders shipped to the locations within the European Union & Norway have VAT included within the order total at the checkout. No other taxes or duties will be due.
Orders to shipped to countries outside the European Union will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DAP) unless otherwise specified upon checkout.
Orders shipped to non-European Union countries will have the VAT amount deducted from the order total price at the checkout - once a delivery location been selected. Non-EU countries include: Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Orders shipped to non-European Union countries, will incur taxes and duties, payable by the customer, upon delivery. Réalisation has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Réalisation does not cover or reimburse any fees charged by a third party. Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order. Prices quoted on the website are in € EUR.
Is VAT applied to my order total?
Until you select your shipping destination at the checkout, our prices will display at the default price, which is inclusive of a VAT rate of 20%. Once you have selected your shipping destination at the checkout, the rate of VAT applied to the final order total, may change, based on the rate of VAT payable on purchases in your country.
Orders shipped to the locations outside of the European Union will be delivered on the Delivery Duties Unpaid (DAP) basis. VAT will not be charged via our website and the customer will be responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties on delivery.
